A. Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cengizhan Kerman, FEINHILD, Großhülsen 8, 40721 Hilden, Germany, Tel.: 01744992360, Email: info@feinhild.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at https://feinhild.de/en/pages/withdrawal-form. If you use this online function, you will be sent, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We shall make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
3) Please note that compliance with points 1-2 above is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
